HOW IT WORKS

In order to connect your Microsoft OneDrive for Business, you should follow the next steps.

1. Create a new connection WITH Microsoft OneDrive for Business

Open your Layer2 File Pal and click on NEW CONNECTION.

2. Give Your connection a Name and Choose Microsoft OneDrive for Business

Choose your first system (Microsoft OneDrive for Business, on the left side of your screen). You can enable/disable background synchronization and deletions here (top right). If it is activated, files deleted on one side will also be deleted on the other side.

3. get the OneDrive library Url

Open SharePoint Online, navigate to the top left corner of the page and open the apps tab. Click on the OneDrive icon.

4. Return to classic OneDrive

Click on the link (at the bottom on the left) to return to the classic OneDrive. You can now copy the URL from your browser. Your URL should look similar to this: https://company-my.sharepoint.com/personal/myAccount/Documents/Forms/All.aspx

5. Connect your System with the URL

When you see the window below, you need to enter the Url to the OneDrive library in the OneDrive for Business system configuration view of the current Layer2 File Pal version.

6. CHOOSE YOUR SECOND SYSTEM

On the right side of your screen you can choose the system you want to sync to Microsoft OneDrive for Business. Pick and configure the system and click DONE. Here is your connection!
